Using SNOM phones, transferring a call, creating a conference call, or making an internal call, is very easy.

- While speaking to Mr Northwind, press (Hold)
- Press (Directory)
- Then choose a person from the list
OR
Dial the external number, press (Tick)
- Tell the staff member "Mr Northwind for you"
- Press (Transfer), press (Tick)
Making a conference call (up to 5 people)
- While speaking to Mr Northwind, press (Hold)
- Press (Directory).
- Then choose a person from the list
OR Dial the external number, press (Tick)
- Tell the staff member "Adding you to a conference call"
- Press (Conference) to start the conference
Making an internal call
- Lift handset (or press speaker)
- Press (Directory)
- Choose a person
- Press (Tick)
